The Social Programme of the Conference will include:

• Welcome Reception on Thursday, November 16
  Venue: Congress Centre Basel (Symposium Venue)

Participation in the welcome reception is free of charge but subject to prior registration. 

• Symposium Banquet on Friday, November 17 
  Venue: Restaurant Schützenhaus Basel

The Schützenhaus Basel is one of the region’s most tradition-rich restaurants. The older inhabitants of Basel are filled with enthu­siasm when they talk about the “Schützenhaus”. About the days when the beautiful, listed building was the place where everybody who was somebody met, where families came to celebrate and Basel’s top executives lunched. It gives us great pleasure to uphold the tradition of Basel hospitality and gastronomy.

The Schützenhaus Basel is located at a short 15 minutes tram ride from the Symposium Venue, and from the city centre. 

The participation to the Banquet is optional, and requires prior registration as well as a contribution of 70,00€ per participant. Please register for the banquet during your on-line registration. Persons willing to attend the Banquet, but who are not registered for the symposium either as scientific delegate or as accompanying person, will be charged a fee of 90,00€.
